Finance Associate

Left Coast Consulting is looking for a Finance Associate for the 2026 campaign cycle. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You may be asked to support in-person events that occur in your city on evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities Include:

• Donor research and prospecting

• Create call sheets and maintaining organized call results database

• Interact with principals, including staffing events and call time

• Create briefing materials and memos for clients

• Maintain internal and external event trackers

• Support with event planning and execution

• Outreach for scheduling of donor meetings

• Database management and maintenance (NGP and AirTable)

• Build event contribution pages (ActBlue) and event invites (Canva)

• Oversee and refine thank you note programs

• General administrative tasks like scheduling internal meetings, ordering supplies, making name tags, maintaining company subscriptions

• Additional fundraising tasks as assigned

Intern

Left Coast Consulting is looking for a Fundraising Intern for the 2026 campaign cycle. This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Reno, Nevada. Your intern hours are flexible depending on your schedule, but you will be expected to work at least 10-15 hours per week. You may have the opportunity to support in-person events on evenings or weekends.

• Donor research and prospecting

• Support Finance Associate with creating call sheets and principal briefing materials

• Support database management and maintenance efforts (NGP and AirTable)

• Create event invites in Canva

• General administrative tasks like making nametags, making restaurant reservations, researching new programs and systems for the company

• Additional tasks as assigned
