We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fundraising goals through strategic planning and purposeful donor engagement.

Our team brings extensive experience, strong donor relationships, and a deep understanding of the Western political landscape.

Having raised more than $100M for our clients over the past decade, we are excited to lend our talent and expertise to new candidates and causes that defend our democracy; promote commonsense, value-based policies; and focus on a more representative and collaborative future.

President and Owner

Tyler Langdon

Tyler brings more than a decade of fundraising experience across numerous state and federal campaigns, committees ands PACs as well as C3s/C4s. He currently serves as the Finance Director to Senator Catherine Cortez Masto as well as the West fundraising consultant for the Nevada State Democratic Party, the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State, Deming's PAC, Every Eligible American and ModSquad. He has previously served as a fundraising consultant for the DSCC, the DNC, Biden Victory Fund, Harris Victory Fund, Rep Colin Allred (TX), Sen Chris Murphy (CT), Swing Left and Brady PAC.

In his spare time, Tyler runs a small hobby farm with his husband Charlie in rural Nevada where they raise chickens, ducks, quail and miniature goats.

Marley Weaver-Gabel

Marley has spent the entirety of her professional life in Democratic politics and currently serves as the Deputy Finance Director for Senator Catherine Cortez Masto as well as a fundraising consultant to the Nevada State Democratic Party, the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State and ModSquad. She has previously served as a fundraising consultant for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Harris Victory Fund and Rep Colin Allred's 2024 US Senate race.

When she's not working to elect Democrats, she enjoys hiking the Sierra Nevada mountains and playing with her cat Aioli.
